BASIC TRAINER CERTIFICATION

This step of certification is useful for all trainers at entry level. Line managers who also train as an additional responsibility get maximum benefits.

This workshop is designed for helping new trainers transit smoothly from non training background to effective training.

Depending upon the level of proficiency required from the Trainers, the depth of Workshop coverage can be customized

MAGIC TRAINER CERTIFICATION

Magic Trainer Certification ( A)

This step of certification is recommended for all trainers with minimum 1 year of experience.

Experienced trainers with the know-how of Platform Skills & Presentation Skills will benefit significantly from this workshop. The Magic of making training FUN workshop assumes a certain level of proficiency from the participants and cannot be customized for non trainers.  It trains the experienced trainers in the MAGIC Method of training, propagated by SMR MALAYSIA, which makes training more fun, interactive and impactful.

The certification allows trainers to integrate the Magic of FUN in their workshops. The term FUN here means engaging and involving and does not necessarily mean funny. This workshop is a flagship workshop of SMR Malaysia, which is brought to you by Life Learning Solutions.

Magic Trainer Certification ( B)

The Magic of Designing FUN in training!!

Objective

FUN is as much a function of design as it is of delivery. Unless every part of the content is treated scientifically the magic does not happen. This workshop aims at giving participants an insight about how to design appropriate games, exercises, role-plays, case-studies, etc which creates FUN.

FACILITATOR TRAINER CERTIFICATION

Leader Facilitator

Objective

The objective of this Workshop is to further deepen the delivery and training skills through the use of psychometric instrument like MBTI and self awareness. It also seeks to introduce basic coaching and advanced facilitation skills and various other trainer and Learner driven methods of training.

This is recommended for trainers with experience in excess of 3 to 4 years. The workshop prepares the trainer to deliver any soft skill workshop. Deeper understanding of learning theories, self awareness and ways of facilitating learning- develops trainers.
