The Objective of Leading Self Workshop is to bring about a transformation in the mindset of the participants wherein they relate to their work with a sense of purpose, creation and responsibility.

Objective:
The Objective of Leading Others Workshop is to equip the participants with the right attitude and skills commensurate with their role as leaders and to manage and develop their teams effectively
Building a robust leadership pipeline would be a key responsibility for Senior Managers. Taking on the role of a coach is a powerful method for empowering people, getting them to be aware and build responsibility and competence among their people. This module focuses on building competence in empowerment of people.
Outcome:
At the end of the Workshop the participants will be able to -
- Have a better understanding and appreciation of the role of a manager
- Become more effective in his/her own managerial skills
- Enhance their abilities to communicate with empathetic, interpersonal ways

The Action Learning Project is taken up with specific measurable milestones and individual tele classes (as mutually decided) which would help them to:
- Apply the learnings of the Workshop in their jobs
- Review and/or deepen the understanding of any vital concept
Objective:
To support the participants to practically apply the learnings of the Workshops in two phases in their workplace and to create a concrete future plans of action.
