Uday Khedkar is a leading Facilitator, Executive Coach based out of Mumbai, India. He is a member of McKinsey & Company’s global network of transformational facilitators.

Uday worked in some challenging sales and marketing assignments in premier Indian and Multinational organizations like Godrej & Boyce, Arvind Brands and Sony Music before his last assignment as the Head - Training & Development for the retail lending arm of ICICI Bank (PFS), India’s largest private sector bank.His corporate journey lasted for about a decade.

He started Life Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2001 along with Atul Jog to focus on an area he loved engaging in the most: helping individuals and organizations address leadership and change from a root level transformation perspective.

Uday is a qualified Engineer (Electrical) and a Management graduate, both from the University of Mumbai.
