"The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes,

but in having new eyes."

- Marcel Proust.

Life Learning Solutions was born out of a desire to discover one's authentic calling, to explore one's own potential and also make a difference to others.

From a team of four like-minded members who started out conducting Leadership Workshops in Western India in 2001, LLS has expanded to a network of Facilitators & Executive Coaches across the world today.

In about 17 years of existence, LLS facilitators have impacted participants through their work across the Indian subcontinent and organizations in South-East Asia, China, Russia, USA & Europe.

The organizations covered have been diverse – ranging from global conglomerates, multinational companies, public and private sector, educational institutions and non-government organizations.

There is always an inner game being played in your mind no matter what outer game you are playing. How you play this game usually makes the difference between success and failure

- Tim Gallwey

Common approaches to the study of Leadership and Leadership Development involve a focus on studying the traits of well-known leaders, dissecting what made them successful and then looking at ways of emulating them and becoming like them. This is in the domain of ‘Informative Learning’.

Our approach to Leadership Development is based on the study of BEING.

It uses transformative learning as a tool of growth where you are no longer a spectator on the stands, but are actually playing the game in the field of your life!

The process involves going through a deep, powerful experience questioning mindsets, which allows you to loosen the grip of repetitive patterns of behaviour. Additionally, Mindfulness and Somatics, enable the dissolving of body sets and deepening of Emotional Intelligence.

Access to new possibilities and a wide repertoire of powerful actions becomes available. Backed by application-oriented assignments it allows for sustainable shifts and powerful results, which you own up, because you have created them.

The Observer–Action-Results (OAR) Model is at the foundation of the Transformative Learning Experience in all our Initiatives.
