Atul Jog is a Founding Partner, Senior Facilitator and Director of LLSPL. A Mathematics and Management Graduate, he has worked for over a decade in two of the premium housing finance organisations in India, (HDFC and ICICI Home Finance). For the last 17 years, he has been facilitating leadership, transformation and executive coaching at the CXO, senior and high potential manager levels across various sectors in the country. He enjoys designing and delivering long-term initiatives using creative and impactful methods, keeping the training and developmental objectives in focus.
Our facilitators have a rich background of working in core business areas in various companies of repute. A passion for making a difference and reaching out to people brought them into the area of Learning & Development.

Founder & Director
Uday Khedkar is a Founding Partner, Senior Facilitator and Director of LLSPL. After an Engineering Degree and an MBA from the University of Mumbai, Uday has worked in several Sales and Marketing assignments in MNCs and Indian organisations. He has been facilitating top leadership transformation, team alignment and executive coaching at the CXO, senior and high potential manager levels across various sectors in India and across the globe. He is passionate about the journey of transformation and integrates somatic intelligence, mindfulness and non-violent communication in his work.
Amarendra Bhat is a leading Facilitator and Executive Coach with Life Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (LLSPL). An Instrumentation Engineer by qualification, he has worked in senior assignments with organizations like Tata Honeywell and SKF India. In his last assignment with SKF India as Director (Business Excellence and Sustainability), Amar was responsible for developing and driving strategic initiatives and organizational changes across the business units and factories for SKF in India. A Senior Facilitator in the team, Amar has been primarily working on assignments, which endeavor to bring significant shifts in culture & mindsets in the organizations, with specific focus on SMEs and Entrepreneurs.
Atul Raje is a Professional Coach and a Leadership Transformation Facilitator. With a Masters in Electronics and Telecommunications engineering and executive education in Strategic HR management from Harvard Business School, he has worked for close to 3 decades in various industry sectors spanning from Engineering to Banking & Finance in HR leadership roles. His passion for people and organisational transformation led him to dedicate his further career to Executive coaching, leadership transformation and strategic HR consulting. For the past 3 years, he is engaged with senior leaders of multiple organisations delivering value through transformative initiatives.
Major Deepak Iyer
Major Deepak Iyer is a Coach and Facilitator with LLSPL. He is also an Associate with Aberkyn Worldwide (part of McKinsey and Company). He did his Bachelors in Economics from NDA Khadakwasla, MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, and a leadership program from Columbia University. He served in the Indian Army Special Forces Unit that did surgical strikes in 2016. He has also been a consultant at McKinsey and led large business transformation programs there. He is passionate about designing and delivering high impact leadership programs and coaching interventions that radically alter what is possible for individuals and organisations. He is also a TED-X speaker and has been a guest speaker at ISRO and IIM-B.
Haritha Kandalla is a Leadership Coach and Facilitator. A Masters in Quantum Chemistry followed by MBA in HR from XLRI, She worked for more than thirteen years in the industry with Asian Paints and Microsoft in various L&D and Line HR Leadership roles. For the last 3 years, she has been of service to multiple CXO and CXO-1 teams across a large number of sectors in the areas of Leadership coaching, Leadership development, Leadership team effectiveness, Culture and Values building, and Strategic HR Excellence. She is passionate about making a difference to everyone she meets and works with, and believes in customizing each assignment to the unique culture that exists in each organization.
Jitesh is associated as a Facilitator and Executive Coach with Life Learning Solutions. He is also an Associate with Aberkyn Worldwide (part of McKinsey and Company). He has a degree in Engineering and Masters in Management Studies from Mumbai University. He has led Sales and Business Development teams across industries such as Lubricants, Paints and Life Insurance industry in India as well as abroad. He has been facilitating Transformational Leadership Initiatives, Executive Coaching and Sales Interventions. He enjoys bringing various methodologies alive through his personal experience and ensuring the concepts are simple to understand and applicable to life. His focus is on ensuring the transformation is sustainable and in bringing connection between personal transformation and business mandate.
Madhushree is a Senior Facilitator and Coach. She is a Post Graduate in Management, an ACC from International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Level 2 Mindfulness coach. She has close to three decades of corporate experience and has led large teams in Training and Development function.
She has been engaged in many CXO level Initiatives for Leadership Development, Facilitation and Coaching across multiple industries. She is passionate about causing sustainable and measurable shifts in Leadership Effectiveness, Team Resonance and Organisation Culture.
Padmaja Korde is a Senior Facilitator and Coach with Life Learning Solutions. She is also an Associate with Aberkyn Worldwide (part of McKinsey & Company). After completing her MBA from Mumbai University, she has worked for over two decades in HR leadership roles in MNCs and large Indian organisations in India and Europe. She is passionate about Organisation Development and Leadership Development. At Royal Philips in Amsterdam, she was Global Program leader for enterprise-wide long term leadership development interventions developing global business leaders. She has designed and implemented organisation transformation interventions enabling business growth for various organisations. Through her facilitation she supports leaders and team’s access insights creating powerful possibilities of growth and transformation.
Roshni Patel is an HR Consultant, Facilitator, Coach and Project Manager with LLSPL. She is a Management Graduate with around 9 years of experience in HR and Learning & Development with SKF India Ltd.
She currently works in the space of HR Consulting and L&D for Small and Medium Enterprises as well as large organisations. She works with clients to provide consulting and support the Entrepreneur/ HR team in setting up HR processes and policies covering the complete Employee Management cycle. In the L&D space her focus areas are designing & delivering Capability Building programs, Leadership Development interventions for Junior and Middle Management.
Vithal was the Human Resources Head for Indian operations at Arvind, Pillsbury, Shapoorji Pallonji Engineering & Construction and SKF. For 19 years, he headed the HR function and worked as part of the Country Management Team and was involved in all aspect of organisation transformation.
Vithal is a Certified Coach, Certified Assessor and is certified in Job Evaluation. He has been through the Leadership Transformation Journey. He has certifications in various profiling tools including HOGAN, PAPI, OPQ 32, Facet 5, Adept 15, Predictive Index and Thomas Profiling. He is a 6 Sigma Green Belt. Vithal has conducted facilitation for numerous programs and coaches many individuals to enable their transformation.
