Payment Terms & Conditions

To ensure seamless project onboarding and delivery of our coaching and facilitation services, all clients are requested to adhere to the following standard payment terms.

 

1. Invoicing & Payment Terms:

All invoices issued by Life Learning Solutions must be paid in full within 20 calendar days from the invoice date of receipt.​

• Currency and Taxes: All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to applicable statutory taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), which will be added to the invoice.

• Accepted Methods: Payments must be made via electronic bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS) or through our designated secure digital payment gateway.

 

2. Late Payments Service Suspensions:

If an invoice remains unpaid after the 20-day period, we reserve the right to pause all current services, sessions, or project preparation.

 

Late Fees: Overdue balances are subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month calculated from the due date. We reserve the right to suspend upcoming workshops or pause coaching sessions if accounts remain unpaid.
