Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Life Learning Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website www.lifelearningsolutions.com and our professional corporate facilitation, training workshops, and coaching services.

By accessing our site, booking our services, or making a payment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Scope of Services

We provide professional corporate facilitation, executive coaching, leadership development, and team workshops. The specific deliverables, schedules, commercial terms, and timelines will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

 

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment Window: All invoices must be settled in full within 20 calendar days from the date the invoice is received by the client.

  • Currency and Taxes: All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to applicable statutory taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), which will be added to the invoice.

  • Accepted Methods: Payments must be made via electronic bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS) or through our designated secure digital payment gateway.

  • Late Payments: Overdue balances are subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month calculated from the due date. We reserve the right to suspend upcoming workshops or pause coaching sessions if accounts remain unpaid.

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To respect the preparation time and resource allocation required for our professional programs, the following charges apply to all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

 

In-Person Workshops & Sessions

Notice is calculated relative to Day 1 of the scheduled event:

  • More than 21 days notice: No charge.

  • 8 to 21 days notice: A fee equal to 60% of the per-day charges applies.

  • Up to 7 days notice: A fee equal to 100% of the per-day charges applies.

 

Virtual Sessions

Notice is calculated relative to the scheduled session date:

  • More than 10 days notice: No charge.

  • 4 to 10 days notice: A fee equal to 60% of the per-session charges applies.

  • Up to 3 days notice: A fee equal to 100% of the per-session charges applies.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Engagement: Successful coaching and facilitation require active partnership. Clients must provide timely context, prerequisite data, and active participant engagement.

  • Logistics for In-Person Events: For on-site corporate workshops, the client is solely responsible for arranging the venue, corporate catering, and required audio-visual (AV) setups, facilitators' stay and travel unless explicitly included in our signed Statement of Work.

 

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Proprietary Materials: All concepts, frameworks, slide decks, exercise materials, toolkits, and digital hand-outs utilized during our sessions remain the exclusive intellectual property of Life Learning Solutions Private Limited.

  • Usage License: Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable, internal license to use these materials for personal or corporate development. You may not distribute, modify, resell, or publicly display our materials without prior written consent.

 

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all corporate and personal insights shared during our programs. We will not disclose your business operations, proprietary data, strategy, or personal coaching transcripts to any third party without your express written consent, except where required under Indian law. 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are advisory, developmental, and educational. While we strive to guide you toward your professional goals, we do not guarantee specific commercial revenue or personal performance outcomes. Life Learning Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses or loss of profits.

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions, disputes, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised "Effective Date."
