We understand that plans can change. To accommodate adjustments while respecting the scheduling and preparation required for our corporate workshops and coaching sessions, the following terms apply to all cancellations and rescheduling requests.

 

1. Workshop & In-Person Sessions

Charges for cancelling or rescheduling an in-person workshop or session are calculated based on the number of days remaining before Day 1 of the scheduled event:

• More than 21 days notice: No charge. You will receive a full refund or can reschedule at no additional cost.

• 8 to 21 days notice: A fee equal to 60% of the per-day charges will apply.

• Up to 7 days notice: A fee equal to 100% of the per-day charges will apply.

 

2. Virtual Sessions

Charges for cancelling or rescheduling a virtual session are calculated based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled date:

• More than 10 days notice: No charge. You will receive a full refund or can reschedule at no additional cost.

• 4 to 10 days notice: A fee equal to 60% of the per-session charges will apply.

• Up to 3 days notice: A fee equal to 100% of the per-session charges will apply.
